Barry

Barry started out DJ’ing at the early age of 16 and has been in the music business for over 20 years.  With a deep passion for a wide variety of music, Barry is well-versed in all genres and is passionate about energizing his crowd with the right blend of music that they know and love.  Barry will bring his charisma and charm to your event and make sure your guests have a night that they will never forget!  Experience as both a Resident DJ/MC and a former Venue Owner, Barry is intimate with the entertainment industry and is extremely detail-oriented and prides himself on never skipping a beat.  He has performed at hundreds of Public and Private events in his career thus far, and claims that music is something that surrounds and energizes him each and every day.

As a professional vocalist and singer for over 10 years, Barry was a prior contestant on ABC’s American Idol and NBC’s The Voice.  He currently performs with well-known musicians in the Northern & Central NJ area.  Barry can also provide cocktail-hour or dinner-hour live vocals with an optional guitar or pianist accompaniment, with a focus on Jazz Standards and Interpretations from Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, and other American Songbook Legends.
