How will I know who my DJ is?

We assign your DJ 3 months in advance. You also have the option to lock in a specific DJ upon your booking.

What is my Payment Schedule?

We require a $500 deposit and your final balance is due 7 days before the event date.

When do I meet my DJ?

You will absolutely meet your DJ for your final appointment 1-2 weeks prior to event to go over ALL details.

Do I tip my DJ?

Tipping is neither expected nor insisted upon in our contract, but it is greatly appreciated.

If you are generous enough to want to tip, understand most events
have more than just your DJ on staff. There may also be an MC, Photo Booth attendant, Lighting attendant, Musician, etc.

Do you offer musicians?

Yes, we offer a wide variety of musicians including piano/keyboard, violin, percussionist, sax, string duo/trio/quartet, jazz duo/trio/quartet, acoustic guitar, harp, and more.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured to protect both our clients and our equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Upon cancellation, deposits are non-refundable.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week before the event.

Do you provide lighting and sound equipment?

Yes, we provide professional-grade lighting and sound equipment to enhance the atmosphere of your event as well as up lighting and monograms “Name in lights”.

Can I request specific songs or genres?

Yes, we welcome song requests and will work closely with you to create a playlist that matches your preferences and event vibe.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for popular dates like weekends and holidays. We normally book 1-2 years in advance.

What type of events do you DJ for?

We DJ for a wide range of events, including Weddings, Corporate Events, Private Parties, School Dances, and more.

What kind of photo booths do you offer?

We offer a digital selfie booth, traditional print booth and a 360 photo booth.

Do you have musicians who play along with the DJ?

Yes, a fun popular option is the DJ Hybrid which is a saxophone player and percussion playing along to the music of the DJ. This offers the live effect and more energy!

Do you offer a consultation before the event?

Yes, we offer numerous consultations to discuss your event details, music preferences, and any special requests you may have.

Do you have backup equipment in case of technical issues?

Yes, we always carry backup equipment to ensure that your event runs smoothly without any interruptions.

Can you provide music for both the ceremony and reception at a wedding?

Yes, we can provide music for both the ceremony, cocktail, and reception, including background music, processional and recessional songs, and dance music. We also offer live musicians.

Do you require a meal at the event?

While not required, a meal for the DJ and any assistants is greatly appreciated for events lasting longer than a few hours.

Can you provide references or reviews from past clients?

Yes, we can provide references or reviews upon request to help you feel confident in choosing our services.

Do you provide MC services?

Yes, we have entertainers who are specifically an MC, and DJ’s who work as both a DJ and MC.

Can you provide music for themed events or special requests?

Yes, we can accommodate themed events and special requests for music to help create the perfect atmosphere for your event.

Do you charge for travel expenses?

Travel expenses may apply depending on the location of the event. We will discuss these details with you during the booking process.

Do you have a dress code for your DJs?

Yes, our DJs dress professionally for each event, typically in attire that matches the formality of the occasion.

How long do you need to set up before the event?

We typically require about 1-2 hours to set up our equipment before the event begins.

Can you provide a timeline for the event?

Yes, we can work with you to create a timeline for the event, including music for specific moments and any announcements or special requests. You will have your personal client portal which includes your event planner that you will fill out.

What types of music do you have in your collection?

We have a wide selection of music, including current hits, classics, and songs from various genres to cater to diverse tastes.

Can you provide music for outdoor events?

Yes, we can provide music for outdoor events, weather permitting. We will take extra precautions to protect our equipment from the elements.

How do I book your services for my event?

What is your policy on requests for explicit or inappropriate music?

We reserve the right to refuse requests for explicit or inappropriate music, and we will work with you to ensure that the music selection is appropriate for your event. We have the clean versions for most music.

Can you provide music for a surprise event or party?

Yes, we can provide music for surprise events or parties, and we will work with you to keep the surprise a secret from the guests of honor.

Do you offer any special effects, such as fog machines or lighting effects?

Yes, we offer a variety of special effects, including dry ice (dancing on the clouds), indoor sparklers, bubble machine and snow machine.

Can you provide music for a ceremony in a different location from the reception?

Yes, we can provide music for ceremonies and receptions in different locations, and we will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth transition between the two.

Do you have experience with multicultural weddings or events?

Yes, we have experience with multicultural weddings and events and can provide music to accommodate diverse cultural traditions and preferences. We also have multiple Latin DJ’s on our staff.
